Work collaboratively with fundraising staff and multi-client departmental staff including accounting, creative, and events managements, to ensure timely outreach, confirmation, invoicing, and delivery of sponsor/exhibitor deliverables and donor acknowledgements.
Fundraising & Sponsorship Coordinator Duties:
Coordinate with team members to ensure accurate fundraising reporting.
Collaborate with core client staff and client leadership in the delivery of sponsor benefits, and assist in the creation of ROI reports and other vehicles.
Attend department and client operations meetings as needed; track progress of action items through meetings.
Assist in providing regular communications with key supporting constituencies.
Travel as needed to provide high-level funding customer service at events and conferences.
Excellent organization skills, very detail oriented.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Collegial, collaborative style.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple requests.
Creativity, curiosity, sense of humor, high energy level, and an enthusiasm for meeting and working with a wide range of individuals in a team environment.
Ability to travel regionally and nationally to support fundraising program (10%).

Demonstrated success in managing multiple priorities, project coordination, communications, and marketing outreach.
Computer literacy required (Microsoft Office) and database familiarity.
