Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) seeks a highly motivated Inside Advertising Sales Representative. This person will be primarily responsible for developing new business via outbound sales calls. Must be comfortable selling print and digital media over the phone. Should be conversant on the latest developments in both print and digital media, sales strategies, tactics and actions required to achieve established financial goals. This position will also manage their own sales pipeline (using Salesforce) to maximize sales accountability and efficiency with the goal of closing sales. They must be detail oriented, organized and an excellent communicator. This position will have direct and frequent contact with AGC's advertisers and must be able to conduct themselves professionally at all times. The successful candidate should have a professional presence and excellent communication skills (written and verbal.)
The position is based out of our office at 125 S.Wacker Dr., Chicago, IL.
Six-to eight years of experience in selling advertising to senior level decision makers.
Ability to generate leads and cultivate relationships. Excellent listening and communication skills. Working knowledge of the financial services industry a plus. Strong telephone skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team oriented, collaborative environment
B.A. preferred Professional dress required
