The Learning Relationship Manager is responsible for management of the CoreNet Global learning concierge program and will focus on attracting and retaining participants into professional designation programs. in addition, this role will provide operational support required for the planning, implementation and delivery of professional development seminars and e-learning courses. Over one hundred seminars are held online and face-to-face in major cities around the world. The Learning Relationship Manager interfaces with prospects and participants to identify and meet the professional development needs of corporate real estate professionals in all stages of their careers.
Responsible for the management and smooth operation of the CoreNet Global learning concierge program, developing workflows and processes to provide a high-touch experience for participants in professional designation programs.
Provide and train others to provide high-quality support to professional designation program participants, such as developing and communicating appropriate individualized learning paths appropriate to individual program participants.
Responsible for the production and delivery of live online and classroom based training seminars, including back-end data management, setting up and managing seminar registration, creation of name badges, table tents and participant rosters, recording attendance, managing evaluation and post-seminar test processes, ordering and shipping seminar materials, event planning and real-time seminar support.
Generates accurate reports, provides data and when appropriate, works closely with Accounting to ensure that seminar registrants receive accurate invoices, and outstanding fees are remitted on a timely basis.
Event management including managing audio/visual, food & beverage and seminar support material production/shipping.
Collaborate and coordinate with other internal teams to effectively and efficiently accomplish tasks and responsibilities associated with learning team operational objectives and the CoreNet Global mission, vision and strategic plan.
Respond professionally to calls, chat and other inquiries regarding learning programs with focus on meeting the member/prospective member’s needs efficiently, and whenever possible, to the member’s satisfaction.
Establish and cultivate relationships with new, potential and existing professional designation program participants.
In collaboration with the Marketing team, oversee learning web page content with a focus on operational objectives, organizational strategy, learning channel optimization and positive user experience.
Provide support to team members and work collaboratively to meet and exceed operational goals and objectives, with a demonstrated willingness to support team activities whenever necessary to ensure overall team success.
Demonstrate effective face-to-face and phone communications, using high energy interpersonal skills to meet or exceed member expectations.
Design innovative/ creative face to face opportunities at association events (Summits and regional seminars, etc.) to build strong learning focused relationships with members and drive candidacy and seminar registrations.
Support increased focus on Corporate Partner initiatives to help build stronger learning relationships with partner associates globally, driving increased candidacy and seminar registrations.
Database management, data entry, conference/seminar registration, and other administrative support as required.
Accountable for driving growth in candidacy and registrations globally in support of increased learning revenues.
Contributes to accountability for budget, quality control and operational cost controls.
Contributes to all quality and process improvement for learning programs as a result of knowledge gained through member relationship management

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven results exceeding goals in a member or customer-centric, results-driven environment
Demonstrated advanced competency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proficiency with Association Management Systems or Customer Relationship Management databases
Demonstrated ability to proof-read, edit, and write in a style appropriate to business communications
High degree of emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills
Preference will be given to those with experience working in a Learning, Professional Development, Membership, Finance or Certification role within a professional association
Preference will be given to those with experience in front-facing customer service roles in the hospitality industry
