The Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging is seeking an experienced, detailed-oriented professional who exhibits intuitive judgement and knowledge, is capable of multi-tasking, and is able to maintain effective working relationships. The Executive Assistant position is responsible for managing the CEO's office which will range from administrative tasks to managing special projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintains CEO calendar, schedules conference calls, and coordinates/manages travel arrangements.
Attends SNMMI-TS Executive Board and SNMMI-TS National Council of Representatives, SNMMI Board of Directors and SNMMI House of Delegates meetings. Works with Management staff on logistics and on-site administrative tasks during the meetings.
Develops the Leadership schedules for various meetings. Helps to develop agendas for the meetings.
Manages special projects, upon request.
Performs general administrative duties such as maintaining filing system, distributing mail, copying, shipping and processing forms.
Bachelors Degree and a minimum of five years experience of high level executive administrative experience.
Must possess strong organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in managing a filing system, track incoming and outgoing correspondence and coordinate the flow of paperwork and email.
Ability to handle confidential work with discretion.
Position requires travel at least two times a year (Mid-Winter and Annual Meetings) as well as local travel a couple of times a year.
