The WateReuse Association, a national trade association representing municipalities, water utilities and water-sector businesses engaged in water reuse, is seeking a full-time professional Administrative Assistant with database management and event planning skills to join and support our small staff. Successful candidate will join a dynamic team of professionals engaged in water recycling-related policy, advocacy and communications. He/she must have a strong working knowledge and skills in customer relationship management software (experience with CiviCRM a plus), database management, Microsoft Office software including Excel, and Adobe Acrobat. Must have at least an Associate’s Degree and at least 3 years experience working in an office environment serving in an administrative or event planning position. Good communications, multi-tasking and time-management skills are essential. Successful candidate will have an opportunity to work with water professionals from across the country and develop a strong understanding of association management.
