•Understand FrontlineCo’s contract and scope of services provided to its clients.
•Receive, verify and prepare all checks in payment of bills in accordance with client policies and procedures.
•Maintain all necessary records and accounts, including a general ledger and check registers for all clients.
•Supervise on-site registration processes for client conventions, expos and large education events.
•Issue invoices, process and record deposits of all member dues and other accounts receivable.
•Process meeting, event and expo registrations. Ensure collection of all accounts receivable for such events.
•Manage month-end financial reporting.
•Ensure statement and account reconciliations.
•Monitor and advise the treasurer and executive director for each client on cash flow management.
•Assist in the preparations of tax filings and annual audits.
•Coordinate the establishment and maintenance of client checking, savings and merchant accounts.
•Troubleshoot client member transaction issues.
•Bachelor degree with emphasis in accounting/business management or relevant experience •Three or more years management or supervisory experience in a business office environment •Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and software •Demonstrated ability to perform accounting tasks in a timely, compete and accurate manner •Strong analytical skills •Experience working with and maintaining accounting software applications specifically QuickBooks preferred •Experience working with a data system •Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communications skills •Proven ability to accomplish defined goals and objectives •Demonstrated ability and willingness to multitask
