Responsibilities - Provides administrative support to the membership function for the Society. Responds to inquiries and assists AFS members with questions or concerns.
Process all dues payments through IMIS database. Develop standard updates and reports for membership. Develop ad hoc reports for members/units.
Interface with Accounting for batch processing of membership fee. Work with Accounting for any troubleshooting.
Support the Society meeting preparation processing and tracking registrations, interfaces with members by phone or online.
3 to 5 years office and membership experience. Detailed oriented and must be able to work on multiple projects at one time.
Skills required - Customer service, Association management system, prefer IMIS, database maintenance, and basic computer software operations.
