The Equipment Leasing & Finance Foundation is seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong communication and organizational skills for the position of Program Manager. In this position, you will provide overall support to the Foundation’s Executive Director and Board of Trustees, as well as specific support to standing committees and special projects, including: organizing committee meetings; coordinating research grants; and managing volunteer engagement and special projects, including academic outreach. The Program Manager also assists with coordination of donor programs and fundraising campaigns, maintenance of online store of publications, and general inquiries.
Candidates must be organized and highly motivated with an ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects. Ideal candidates will have a sense of humor, and a willingness to learn and innovate. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills are critical, including outstanding customer service skills. A college degree is required; experience in an association or non-profit is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required. Familiarity with WordPress, Survey Monkey, and association management software, in particular ClearVantage, is preferred.

Knowledge and Skills
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
At least 3 years of office experience. Non-profit or association experience preferred.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Familiarity with ClearVantage, WordPress CMS and Survey Monkey helpful.
