We are looking for a talented and competitive inside sales representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This rep will play a key role in expanding NAIFA’s membership base and must be comfortable making numerous calls per day, generating interest and closing.
Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
Understand and expand on customer needs and requirements
Close sales and achieve quotas
Research prospects and generate traction
Maintain good database practices
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong on the phone and experienced making numerous calls per day
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Proficient with verbal and written communications
Able to multi-task, prioritize and effectively manage time
A self-starter, who learns with every assignment
Proven sales experience
Track record of over-achieving quota
Experience working with CRM databases
