The Research Programs Manager, an essential part of ASPEN’s education and research team, is responsible for managing and administering the Society’s research programs, including programs of the ASPEN Rhoads Research Foundation. This includes guiding the direction of and management of the research objectives of the organization; innovating new programs in support of the organization’s overall strategy; and supporting Foundation events, program, and fundraising efforts.
We are looking for an organized, proactive individual who thrives on variety, takes initiative, and possesses a desire to help ASPEN remain a preeminent leader in healthcare research and education. A commitment to excellence and collaboration is a must. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized, skilled at time management, have prior experience working with volunteers, and have a successful track record of managing multiple projects and programs.
