About You: • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of professional experience or the equivalent work experience in a non-profit setting in fundraising. • Excellent verbal and written communications skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. • Ability to gather, understand and synthesize information from a variety of sources, and analyze and interpret documents such as grant proposals and presentations. • The capacity to work well with a diverse range of individuals and give exceptional attention to relationship management and collaboration. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from various groups. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters. • Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint required. • Knowledge of constituent engagement database systems is highly desirable. Prior experience with Salesforce is preferable. • Ability to take a strategic approach to problem-solving. • Strong organizational, time and budget management skills; close attention to deadlines and the capacity to work on several projects simultaneously.
