Provides professional customer service to INTA members, nonmembers, and staff. The Associate, Member Operations is the initial point of contact for all member and staff inquiries via a ticketing system, telephone inquiries, reservation services, etc. They actively monitor inquires through to completion, ensuring proper response time and the highest level of customer service. They will follow and support INTA’s policies and processes related to meetings and membership in order to deliver member satisfaction.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports all necessary service assistance for activities including, but not limited to:
Event registration management
Attendance and maintenance
Membership renewal, retention and recruitment
Inquiry and telephone management
Payments, invoices, billing and reconciliations
Association Management Software (AMS) Expertise
Data integrity and audits
Reporting and analytics
Reviews INTAWeb reports for accuracy and consistency
May serves as a staff liaison to a Committee(s) and their relevant project teams
Performs such other duties as designated by the Director, Membership and Manager, Member Operations.
Successfully manages and advances multiple projects
Effectively communicates and responds in a timely manner to all inquiries made by members, prospective members, vendors and INTA staff
Develops and oversees detailed timelines to ensure work productivity and efficiency
Controls expenses on assigned projects to stay within budget
Maintains composure and focus while troubleshooting and solving issues
Is thorough and detail-oriented, with excellent follow-up and proofreading skills
