Focuses on strong Member relationships and understanding their Business Models. Analyzing turnover and retention including developing a long-term retention plan with the highest standards of member care and satisfaction. Delivers and implements growth strategies recognizing the importance of quality service and products of the Organizations.
Works in a Team environment, maintaining membership records and applications for Association and Subsidiary members. Works closely with the CFO to establish Billing procedures and Budgets.
Monday through Friday, occasionally nights weekends depending on functions, amount of work and deadlines. Hours fluctuate based on level of work.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Ensure the members are always presented with a professional image of our Organization
Delivers high standards of member satisfaction, services and care and secure long-term business relationships.
Create new opportunities to grow by understanding our members decision making process.
Implements and delivers growth and product strategies benefiting members and the Organization.
Ability to establish effective working relationships between members of the Organizations Team and continues to drive team productivity.
Provide feedback and projections to Senior Management.
Reinforce the member’s perceptions of the Organizations benefits and develop marketing strategies with the Communications Team.
Understanding the Organizations objectives and policies.
Understanding and assessing competitor’s activities
Responsible for all Member Data Bases on a National, State and Local Level. Accuracy and Integrity of Data Input and Reports.
Responsible for managing, identifying and registering potential members.
Measures and tracks member satisfaction and programs.
Responsible for processing and maintaining all Member procedures. (Orientation, Applications, Status Changes, Invoicing, Compliance, Beneficiary Forms and payouts
Provides information to prospective members and promotes advantages of Association membership.
Assists CFO in all member related processes and procedures.
Communicates with members of the public, in response to queries or collectively through Association communications.
Maintains contact with the Florida Association of REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS® and Florida Real Estate Commission (DBPR) to ensure the integrity of the Association’s membership data.
Has frequent contact, by phone and in person with prospective members.
Has periodic contact with staff at the Florida Association of REALTORS® and other local associations in regard to NRDS, FR and DBPR.
Reports all membership activity to the Chief Financial Officer on a regular basis.
Verifies, information relating to membership, is accurate on the association website or other materials published by the Association.
Performs additional duties as may be assigned by the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer.
Provides assistance or manages other staff projects as needed.
Varies, 1 to 3 Staff
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline
3- 5 years of experience with demonstrated advancing levels of responsibility
Previous association membership experience
Knowledge and experience of database driven software and reporting
