This team member will be part of the GBA department responsible for member professional development programs. The professional development coordinator will oversee planning and implementation of GBA webinars; create website pages and registration links for all events, conferences, seminars, etc. on GBA Calendar of Events; process registrations for all Professional Development programs and ABA online training; provide administrative support for all GBA Professional Development programs; receptionist duties.
Webinars Serve as key point of contact with Total Training Solutions to receive information and market all webinars. Handle all marketing efforts of webinars. Update all webinars on Calendar of Events on GBA website. Provide technical support for all GBA-hosted webinars.
Registrar Duties Process registrations for all Professional Development programs and ABA online training. Address all login questions/problems. Create member records for first-time attendees. Respond to phone and email inquiries from members related to programs and training.
Calendar of Events Create website pages and registration links for all GBA events, conferences, seminars, webinars, etc. on GBA Calendar of Events.
Administrative Support Provide general administrative support for GBA conferences, schools, events, seminars, etc.
Receptionist Duties Answer all rollover calls to the main GBA phone system and route calls to appropriate person. Receive, sort and disseminate incoming mail. Maintain a monthly calendar for the GBA Conference Room. Receive all visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Assist in other operations duties (mailings, conference preparation, etc.) as needed.
Other Responsibilities Perform all other duties as assigned.

Experience/familiarity with membership management or customer relationship management software systems.
Experience with updating website content (not heavy html or coding, however)
