The successful applicant will administer the individual and corporate membership functions for the IEEE Standards Association, including processing membership (e.g., join, renewal, invoicing, etc.). This position works autonomously for key responsibilities and at the direction of the supervisor for additional special assignments.
Process memberships (e.g., join, renewal, invoicing, etc.)
Provide membership data for annual elections
Maintain membership dues table and ensure membership requirements and dues information is supplied to affected environments
Maintain membership processing procedures and membership rules and requirements information
Ensure data integrity in corporate membership tool (MemberClicks)
Manage relationship with membership tool company
Collaborate with marketing team to conceive of and administer campaigns for member acquisition, upgrade, and renewal
Ensure web presence content for membership program is accurate, updated in a timely manner, and reflective of current corporate program strategy
Maintain accurate records of customer invoices and payments to inform budget and forecast of membership program
Compile membership analysis for Standards Association governance meetings
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
4-6 years’ experience in a membership or customer relations role
Skills & Other Requirements:
Advanced knowledge and use of MS Office and database applications
Superior written and oral communication skills
Project management certification preferred
Customer Service experience required
