The Associate Directors works with the Executive Vice President to create exceptional membership experiences for those engaged with the Mechanical and Service Contractors Association of Eastern Pennsylvania (M&SCA).  He/She is responsible for developing and executive strategy that leads to an engaged and passionate membership base and for planning programs and activities of the Association to assure that objectives of the Board are attained.  He/she will maintain effective internal and external leadership and will serve as the point of contact for membership, committee, and volunteers.
