We are actively seeking a Manager, Technology Systems.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will be responsible for working closely with ISPOR staff to achieve business needs and advance capabilities and efficiencies through ISPOR systems and platforms and their integrations. Your duties will include work in areas of implementation, enterprise management, cross-platform integration, security, and training. You will be responsible for working and communicating across departments, ensuring successful integration of technology systems and processes throughout the enterprise.
The Manager, Technology Systems should have some experience or familiarity with the following:
association management / customer relationship management systems
community management platforms
awards and nominations platforms
email marketing platforms
web content management systems
proposal management systems
event registration systems
You will also be a significant contributor in the continued development and adoption of ISPOR’s technology ecosystem that integrates key digital tools and modernizes the association’s processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serves as technology project lead for enterprise system selections and implementations.
Serves as technology resource for internal business systems and platforms, including those listed above.
Contributes to assessment, planning, creation, and management of system integrations and cross-platform communication.
Manages several technology focused vendor relationships

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required, preferably in IT.
5+ years of work experience in the field of technology, with at least 3+ years of experience managing systems and platforms.
3+ years of experience working in or for an association or professional society preferred.
2+ years’ experience in working with an association management or customer relationship management system, project management, building and maintaining platform integrations preferred.
Ability to train and support others on desktop and web-based applications.
Experience with Windows operating system, Microsoft Office applications, and ability to learn new technology platforms.

Nestled half-way between Philadelphia and New York City, ISPOR’s headquarters is in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. While we prefer local candidates, remote arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.
ISPOR provides an excellent total compensation package including:
Competitive pay: our budgeted range is $85,000-90,000. This position is exempt.
